12/30 Lounge in Downtown Nash | Pool/Gym, Walk to Broadway

Absolutely a wonderful stay. No issues whatsoever. Room was very clean & the balcony was pretty big to stay outside on.

Beautiful and incredibly comfortable apartment with EVERYTHING that we could need for our stay! Wonderful hosts with great communication! Walkable to everything that we wanted to see and do! The pool was a fantastic amenity that we loved having on the hot afternoons. Linens and towels were all of high quality and the bed was soooo comfortable. One of the cleanest properties that I’ve ever stayed in. The extra large balcony with comfortable seating was perfect for starting my day with coffee. Will definitely choose this apartment again when visiting Nashville, it made our trip so much more enjoyable.

Very clean, comfortable bed and furniture, cool vibe. It was right next to the train tracks, but only a few trains went by a day. Close to downtown.

The app for accessing the apartment was great and building was secure with onsite security. We had a great stay overall. The apartment was as described and very clean and bedding was comfortable. A few minor things to note, there is train noise at all hours of day/night and construction noise throughout the day. Appreciated the disclosure on the app about the train and noise. The walk to Broadway in the summer heat can be tough. We generally took short Uber trips. The neighborhood at night would not be one I would travel or walk alone after dark.
